Duskward

A dark fantasy survivor-like set in the world of Red Harvest.

Ordinary survivors. A world trapped at dusk. Enemies that keep coming.

The game

No chosen heroes

Duskward follows the people the songs are never written about.

Farmers, soldiers, wanderers: ordinary folk of a medieval world where the sun stopped fully rising. They gather at campfires because firelight is the only ground that holds, and everything beyond it belongs to the dark. The enemies come in numbers no blade can answer, and surviving the night is its own kind of victory.

Duskward is a survivor-like: fast to enter, hard to endure, built around pressure that mounts until dawn, if dawn comes at all.

The night, in three truths

What survival feels like

The fire is life

Camps are small islands of warmth and sight in a world that has forgotten morning. Leaving the light is always a choice, and always a cost.

The dark has numbers

What comes out of the dusk doesn't duel. It floods. Positioning, timing and nerve matter more than any single swing.

Every choice bites

Scavenge further, rest longer, spend what you can't replace. Dangerous choices under mounting odds are the heart of every run.

One world

Set in the world of Red Harvest

Duskward shares its land, its plague and its history with Red Harvest, our larger project of survival and community management. The two games tell different stories of the same long night.
